INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW

Intellectual Property Law is the set of rules applied for the works created as a result of the activities carried out within the scope of the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. The main purpose here is to protect the creative instincts of the authors.

The subject of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works is science and literature, music, fine arts or cinema works and other intellectual and artistic products that are originated from the creative mind (spiritual, mental) aspect of the individual.

We are working to provide national and international protection at the level of existing laws for the authors of the works.
